Ireland Planning Permission Information

The Planning Authority of Ireland is responsible for co-ordination of all the planning activities that must be completed in order to erect a structure in Ireland. They ensure that a structure complies with all the statutory regulations with regard to building in Ireland.  All structures that have successfully been granted planning permission are subject to the Irish Building Regulations.
Free Log Homes Ireland conforms to Irish Regulations and meets or exceeds these requirements on all builds nationwide.

The planning submission must be made to the local Planning Authorities, usually in your County Council. We recommend that you meet with your Planning Officer before starting the design of your home.  This will ensure that your site is suitable for building on and that you understand any design restrictions that may apply in your area.
