Canadian BUILD PROGRAM (LOCK UP)
FREELOGHOMES offers optional service for the (LOCK UP) installation of our log home shell package that is purchased from us.
If utilizing our Construction Service, we have specialized log home contractors working with us that will be scheduled to start work once your foundation is completed. Our crews are typically on the site with the delivery of the material kit. Completion dates may be shorter or longer due to weather conditions and other factors affecting the availability of crews during some times of the year, such as holidaty seasons.
- Our Construction Service team will be in regular contact, keeping you informed on project progress, ensuring quality of the work at every stage. We work with you to manage the inevitable challenges that come up when building a home. We provide build pictures sent every 3 to 5 days via email during the onsite lock-up phase.

If you intend to construct your own log home, our US lenders will look at this case by case to determine if the owner can act as the general contractor.
