7.Alum Clad Exterior- Pine Wood Windows, Insulated Low E double-hung and special fixed glass windows per plan with screens (where applicable)

8. Wood framed Steel insulated exterior doors (4 stock styles to choose)

9. 2x4 and 2x6 Interior partition framing, with top and bottom plates, 2x8 interior header materials

10. Second floor framing system with 3/4" T&G Dryguard or ThruFloor locking panels for 1-1/2" and 2 story models, with standard stairs and our rustic rail system

11. Gable end framing as per plan

12. 7/16" x 4 x 8 wallboard sheathing, matching log siding, gable ends, dormers & second story walls

13.  Conventionally framed rafter roof system or engineered roof trusses or per design

14. 1/2" roof plywood with H Clips, collar ties or ridge beam as per plan

15. Roof underlayment, Drip edge.  Ice/water shield for eves and overhangs 

16. Limited Lifetime Warranty self sealing roof shingles

17. Barge rafter and gable end overhang (12" standard)

18. Wood Fascia with Aluminum flat stock. Soffit vented aluminum or vinyl in 12-16" standard overhang

20. Roof vent system as required, roll ridge vent for cathedral ceiling and box roof vents for all other roofs.

21. Porch posts with a rail system, Newels, Handrails, Balusters if required per code & grade,

22. Porch carry beams, roofing per plan, porch rafters.

23. Pressure treated frame & joist hangers with 5/4" x 6" ease PT edge decking
